Exclusively for CPG ABMs and Brand Managers, Brand Leadership Coaching provides monthly 1:1 coaching sessions with an experienced consumer brand management leader to uncover your biggest challenges, answer your brand management and leadership questions, teach you specific skills and deliverables, and accelerate your career.

How it works

Coaching sessions typically occur once per month, although bi-weekly sessions can also be arranged. While a single session can be helpful, it’s important to understand that developing as a Brand Manager takes time. It may take a few months of coaching to realize the full impact in your work.

All sessions are conducted via Zoom videoconference and include email support before/after sessions. This helps ensure all your questions are answered and we can follow up on specific needs or topics of interest.

Hi, I’m Kevin Namaky, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Gurulocity.

For over 15 years a CPG brand leader, I’ve done the exact work you’re doing now. I also spent 5 years on the agency side. In total I created billions in new value for mid- and large-sized consumer goods brands through new marketing and innovation initiatives. I’ve managed teams from 0 to 10 direct reports. And I’m a trained educator, with an education degree and having taught in classrooms, workshops, at conferences and in boardrooms.
